CANCELLATION POLICY
NO SHOWS - NO CALL - LATE - SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be charged 100% of the service and may not be allowed to rebook in the future. No exceptions. Please notify 72 hours(3 days) in advance to avoid losing 100% of the service fee. Please arrive on time. I have a 10 minute grace period. 15 minutes LATE will be charged an additional $15 to your service fee. Lateness of more than 15 minutes will result in a cancellation and 100%of the service fee will be charged before rescheduling. NO REFUNDS will be issued for completed services. ❌72 hours A FEE of 50% of appointment booked will be charged for RESCHEDULING. NO EXCEPTIONS ❌Please let me know if you are running late.
